Graceful Misfits ships all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) unless otherwise indicated.

Cost of shipping is determined by location and is calculated at checkout.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday from 10 AM - 6 PM EST, excluding holidays or temporary store closures.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, and provide all address details, including apartment/suite/unit number.

Once shipped, delivery time within the continental United States is three (3) to six (6) business days.
Please keep in mind that during holidays or extreme acts of nature, this time may vary.

Graceful Misfits will not change a delivery address once an order is completed.

All orders will include a tracking number and insurance based on the value of item purchased.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Orders that cannot be received for whatever reason will either be re-shipped (at the customer’s expense) or cancelled.

Graceful Misfits is not responsible for any damage, lost or stolen shipments.
Our orders are 100% insured, based on the cost of the item purchased.

Graceful Misfits offers international shipping via USPS by default.

DHL Express is also available for participating delivery locations. (Rates and Delivery Times subject to vary).

Customers outside the USA are responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees on international orders.

All international orders will require signature confirmation.
